This sounds like a problem an associate of mine had. I posted
the
problem and how we resolved it to this alias, but
I will review the steps for you. Basically, if you remove the conduit
file from the pilotmgr directory, start pilotmanager (at which time it
should report an error about not being able to find that conduit and
removing it from pilotmanager). Then exit pilotmanager, move the conduit
file back into that directory and restart pilotmanager. Again there
should be a message in the host console about it finding a new conduit
and adding it to the inactive conduit list, and that's where it should
show up. We did each conduit one at a time. I hope this helps.
