Nothing requires you to use the binary modules from the pilotmgr web page.
These are merely provided as a convenience if you don't want to compile and
install these packages yourself.
If the required packages are already installed on your system you do NOT
need to retrive the pilotmgr binary packages. For example, if you already
have Tk, don't use the PM Tk package.
