Next gen Palm xxx

Can someone point me to any place (say, on the web) where the feature set
of the next Palm device (after the III) is?

Just busted my Palm III and I'm wondering:

  - When the next one after the III is due out, and

  - Whether it's worth my spending the big-up-front-bucks for this, or just
    get my old one replaced or repaired.
