I installed perl 5.005_53 this weekend and now pilotmgr and pilot-link
no longer build or run.
I figured I had better warn people before someone else does the same thing.
My first clue that things were wrong was when PilotManager no longer
knew about my preferences, lost conduits after loading them, etc.
Then, I decided to rebuild things to see if that could get everything
working again.
I am getting this error when I attempt to build pilot-link's Perl5 code:
make 2>&1| head
cc -c -I../include -I/ldatae/include -g -DVERSION=\"0.1\" -DXS_VERSION=\"0.1\" -KPIC -I/vol/lwv26ldatae/lib/perl5/5.005/sun4-solaris/CORE Pilot.c
"Pilot.xs", line 745: undefined symbol: na
"Pilot.xs", line 745: warning: argument #2 is incompatible with prototype:
prototype: pointer to uint : "/vol/lwv26ldatae/lib/perl5/5.005/sun4-solaris/CORE/proto.h", line 565
argument : pointer to int
and so on for quite a few pages.
