Weird Packets?

It's pretty common I'm getting these:
{0}:ratbert:/home/nomad/.pilotmgr/Backup/LatestArchive>PilotManager

I get this When using backup to sync my pilot to my Linux laptop.
Speed doesn't seem to be a factor. The problem is that once I get one
of these, all databases after it fail.
Help?
