Basically SyncMemo is being overcautious. If it detects that some other
sync has been done since the last time you used SyncMemo then it is possible
that you synced memos to some other machine, and the dirty/deleted flags
may have been cleared.. so it brings up this dialog to see what to do.
Even if you only use pilotmanager you can still see this if you do some
other sync without SyncMemo (for example, Installer/Run). But you shouldn't
be seeing it with 2 pilotmgr syncs in a row with the same conduit config.
Anyway, you can make that dialog have a default value, so you can skip it.
