Well, I just had a distressing situation.
When I synced this morning, I ended up with duplicate memos on my pilot.
So I deleted one of the two copies of each of the memos. At the time of the
next sync, I got:
09/08/98 12:46:34 Synchronizing using the SyncMemo conduit
09/08/98 12:46:36 Delete File: Unfiled/42-macs_in_stora.txt.
09/08/98 12:46:37 Delete File: Unfiled/Make_appt_w_ada.txt.
So instead of just deleting the copy, the sync process killed the single copy
that was present on Unix. That's understandable. However, when I look
on the Pilot, the single copy I had there is gone as well.
Now, I have the MemoDB.pdb files from the past 3 backups. However, how
do I sync things up so that I get back the lost memos, but don't lose the
things that have been updated since that backup occured?
