PilotMgr and perl5.005_02

Has anyone tried using pilot manager under the latest perl release
(5.005_02)?

I get a lot of really strange errors and some really odd behavior.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has taken a look at this
combination?  I can forward detailed analysis upon request...
