pilot-link.0.8.13 question

Hey, internal Sun folks!

I'm upgrading from v1.100 to v1.106 and have to set up pilot link. I was
able to successfully "configure" and "make install" pilot-link.0.8.13. When
I go into the Perl5 directory, I successfully did "perl Makefile.PL".
Then the "make install" fails:

# make install
cc -c -I../include  -O     -DVERSION=\"0.1\"  -DXS_VERSION=\"0.1\" -Kpic
-I/usr/dist/pkgs/perl,v5.003/lib/sun4-solaris/5.003/CORE  Pilot.c /usr/ucb/cc: 
language optional software package not installed *** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `Pilot.o'

Can someone point me to an internal compiler that has that software package?
