Installing SyncToDo conduit

Hi all.

I placed the SyncToDo.pm in the same directory as the other *.pm files
($HOME/bin/pilotmgr,v1.100) but restarting PilotManager does not bring
the ToDo conduit into the tool.

What else must I do?
