Duplicate records in Calendar Manager

I am using a Palm III with PilotManager v1.106.  When I sync with CDE Calendar Manager, using the 'pilot overwrites desktop' option, I have found that many (not all) appointments are being duplicated in the CDE Calendar.  It does not happen with all appointments, but with almost all of them.  The log file also indicates the duplicate cm_create command creating the entry.

I am also syncing the Palm with a PIM on a Windows system at home, if it matters.

Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
