Can't get PilotManager to Work

All,

Since PalmPilots are sprouting like weeds here I have been helping folks install 
the pilotmanager on their workstations.

Of the +10 successful installations I have had 2 failures which I can not figure 
out. 

The short version is that I follow all the same process steps which have been 
successful but when I go to the /pilotmgr directory and enter PilotManager on 
these 2 systems the response is "not found" even though it is clearly there. 

Any suggestions??
