Hi Chuck,
     The SyncMail condiut is in the contrib directory 
pilotmgr/contrib/andy-poggio.  Just move it to the pilotmgr dir and then it will 
show up in the properties as an inactive conduit.  Make it an active conduit and 
hit configure you are all set.
