TZ Variable Fixes Duplicate Problem

Thanks, Mitch. Doing...

     setenv TZ PST8PDT  (for US/Pacific)
     in .cshrc

....fixes the TZ problem AND solves the duplicate record
problem (i.e. changing a record on the DT or the Pilot 
resulted in duplicating that record on both). Thanks!!
