How to install Backup onto Pilot for Address and Memos

There was something wrong with my Pilot and I lost my
Address database.  How do I tell PilotManager backed up database to overwrite
my Pilot (instead of my Pilot overwriting my PilotManager backup) for
the address and memo databases?
