SyncPlan revision

Hi all-
If you use SyncPlan or if you see a long list of warning messages about
SyncPlan every time you start PilotManager then please retrieve the updated
0.92 BETA version from the conduits page..
(http://www.moshpit.org/pilotmgr/binaries/conduits)

This fixes a few minor bugs, including making it work if you sync more than
once without restarting pilotmanager..
