New User; SyncCM problem

Hi all,

I just set up pilotmgr.  Ran the convert pgm on my calendar manager file
ok.  Got it all connected, but when I try to do a hotsync,
I get an alert window that says:

"Your SyncCM calendar is set incorrectly.  Please fix it!"

any pointers/clues appreciated!
