download question

I just bought the Pilot Pro. I have downloaded some .pdb files
(calendar stuff), but do not have .pdb files for a large address
list that I want to move from my (Unix) desktop (Sparc5) to the
Pilot.

Is there a way to gracefully do this without having to do manual
entry?
