PilotManager error

When I try to run the cm conduit PilotManager gives me the following
error: "mbier@delsol is an obsolete data format It must be updated to
CDE format before SyncCM can interface with it."

Anyone know how to fix this? Also, why am I getting this error when
I'm running Solaris 2.6 and CDE!! This is certainly NOT an old 
format.
