Sync'ing from CM to Pilot

I have a lot of personal appts that I don't want on Sun WS calendar so I would
like to just sync my cm appts to the pilot.  I could choose the Desktop
overwrites Pilot option, but that erases the other pilot appts.  I keep a
personal calendar on Win95 at home via Outlook.

Is there a way to simple just sync non-destructively from CM
to pilot (ie, just add CM appts to my Pilot)?
