Hardware repairs

  I've been having trouble syncing my pilot recently and I think it's a 
hardware rather than a software problem.  Naturally I don't want to give
up my Pilot for very long.  Is there any place local (Palo Alto, Menlo
Park area) where folks have had satisfactory work done?
