This is problematic. PilotManager doesn't act exactly like the
Palm Desktop. The PD will notice that your Pilot has been hard
reset and automatically do a full sync and restore your databases,
etc (or at least I think it will). PilotManager is not quite that
smart. I put in some code to detect hard resets and to tell you
to restore from backups instead of syncing (did you get that message,
cmorath?). I never wanted to hard reset my pilot so I didn't test
this code as well as I might have.
