If you had recently run the Backup conduit before resetting your Pilot, you
should have a fairly good backup in that conduit's directory, usually
~/.pilotmgr/Backup/LatestArchive.
You can restore your files either by selecting all the files from that
directory from the Installer conduit, or if you have the pilot-link tools
installed, you can do the following:
pilot-xfer -r ~/.pilotmgr/Backup/LatestArchive
