"This Pilot has never been synced before"

Hi,

Just yesterday I downloaded PilotManager 1.104. It seems to work well, but 
every time I sync, I get this message:

	This Pilot has been reset or has never been synced.
	Most conduits will sync properly, however you will
	need to restore your databases from your backups using
	the Installer conduit.

Looking at the source, I see that a lastSyncPC flag is being checked. Given 
that my Pilot has the fortune of never having been synced with a PC :-), I 
wonder if this may be the cause of the problem.

Any ideas?
