Re: 5 Pilots Down Because????



The most common cause for a Pilot doing what yours is doing is a memory card
problem of some kind.  For example, I had a Pilot which did that, and careful
inspection of the clip which holds the memory card showed that one of the
little pieces of plastic which is supposed to hold the card down was missing on
the right side.  Replacing the Pilot was necessary, and was covered under
warranty.

I started looking at the clip after USR told me to reseat the memory board for
that kind of problem.  It's then I discovered the broken/defective clip.
