Making a Pilot message digest ?

Could we have a digest of messages - so that rather than
recieve scores of messages a day I recieve only one - containing
all the messages from the previous day - with a table of
contents (subject lines) at the top ?

I don't wish to moan - I'm interested in the mail and all - else
I wouldn't be signed up - I'd just like it a little more
organised - thats all.
