Re: larger issue (Re: Linux install misses Tk)



Can the Pilot be communicated with by sending and receiving text to the
serial device file? I wrote a driver for a serial robot in Java by opening
/dev/cua0 and just treating it like a text file. This limited the
portability of the driver to system with Unix-like device files.
