Re: 5 Pilots Down Because????

Whenever I replace the batteries on my pilot I have a hard reset and loose
all my data. I tried to do it as fast as possible but everytime it's a hard
reset. I take it this is not normal. How much time should I have between
taking a battery out and putting a new one in?

I bought my pilot used so I don't think any warranty coverage applies.

Thanks!
