The way to fix this is to run a conversion script located in your
"/usr/dt/bin" bin directory.

The script is "sdtcm_convert" and you need to tell it the address of
your calendar manager. (i.e. sdtcm_convert -v4 name@yoursystem)

I had the same problem and this fixed it.
