Linux file not accessible

Got really excited about finding a Linux version to download, but 
http://www.moshpit.org/pilotmgr/binaries/latest.i386-linux-tk.tar.gz
only had this in store for me:

403 Forbidden

Access forbidden due to file permissions on server
