New Conduit: SyncTime!

Chris Ice had an idea a while back to set the time/date on the Pilot with
the time from the workstation to keep them in sync. Plus, if you use NTP
or rdate to keep your workstation time accurate then your pilot will also
be accurate..
I finally got around to checking into this, and it turned out to be a one
liner: $pilot->setTime(time);

So I threw together SyncTime.. I added options for how often you want the
time set (always, daily, weekly, monthly)

One minor bug- although it seems to work fine, I see a couple cryptic
messages in my terminal window ("Got tickled", "Wrong packet type on queue").
I'm working with the pilot-link author to resolve this.. once I have I'll
include SyncTime in with PilotManager..
For now, if you'd like to try it out you can get SyncTime from the conduits
section of the web page

have fun,
