CDE Version to use PilotManager 1.1

I am running "SunOS Release 5.5.1" (Solaris 2.5.1, I think?) on an Ultra
2.  I have been told that the latest version of the CDE libraries for my
system is 1.0.2; if that is the case, is it possible to use SyncCM in
PilotManager 1.100 with this system?

I assume that I will be told to get "CDE 1.1 FCS."  What is "CDE 1.1 FCS",
and how can I obtain it if I must have it to run this software?
