Actually, I didn't have to change anything. I just downloaded all the packages 
(pilot-link, perl/Tk, etc.) the REAMDE.porting mentions, and compiled and 
installed each one on my machine. The only thing that didn't compile was 
Calendar<something> because it requires CDE header files.

I am not sure it makes sense to put all the packages together on one ftp 
server, because package versions will change, and people will want the latest 
and greatest.
