DTCM Privacy Levels

I'm using PilotManager 1.100 beta-6 with
CDE Calendar V1.2.0 (Server V5, Data V4)

Any appointment I enter into my pilot, once synched 
onto my DeskTop CM, appears at a Privacy level of 
"Others See Time & Text".  (Regardless of the Editor
Defaults on my desktop or the "Private" checkbox on 
my pilot)

I'd like to ensure that appointments entered into my
Pilot * by default * appear on my desktop Calendar
at a Privacy level of "Others See Time Only"

Is there any way to accomplish this? 
Will upgrading to PilotManager 1.100 do this?
