PilotManager & PalmOs 2.0.4

Folks,

I just upgraded to a PalmPilot Pro and PalmOS 2.0.4
(Palmdesktop 2.1). And I installed PilotManager on
Solaris 2.6. It seemed to work great, sync'ed right
up (except that my SyncCM is set incorrectly).

I also plan to sync up to my NT laptop running the
  standard PilotDesktop S/W.

Can I be pretty confident that all the data and
appointments and ToDos and text files that I enter
in both my laptop and my SPARC desktop and directly
in the Pilot will "do the right thing" as I sync with
  both systems?

PS: My original Pilot 5000 had a broken touch screen.
The Pilot rep waived the $100 fee to repair it, and
then threw in an upgrade to the 1MB PP Pro for $99.
Not a bad deal for a broken Pilot 5000.

Thanks,
