Version 1.00 on 2.6

I am new to this list and the program. I cant get 1.00 to work, but
I use the latest 0.09 beta and that works.

Is there anyone that has it working on 2.6?
 
If I do perl PilotMgr.pm

I am getting this error message:

I have downloaded the full package.
