Restoring Graffiti Shortcuts?

Hi,

I had another full crash yesterday, and I could restore everything except for 
the Graffiti Shortcuts database.

This problem had been discussed before, and in that time nobody knew how to 
solve it, so I will ask again:

Has somebody figured out a way of being able to reinstall the 
'Graffiti Shortcuts.pdb'? Neither pilot-xfer nor PilotManager's Installer seem 
to be able to do it.
