I'm no technical expert, so I don't know what is wrong with your setup, but
I can tell you that I have not less than 50 repeating activities, daily,
weekly, monthly, and yearly, and am not experiencing this problem. Seems to
be working great. What problems I have had, turned out to be user error.
You might check your configuration setup for SyncCM. Running Pilotmgr 1.1
on Solaris 2.5.1.

 Seems to occur here too. What's more, the offending appointments also
 seems to be removed from my Pilot, presumably on the next sync, as it
 thinks that it has been removed from the CM since last time.
 
 A somewhat serious flaw in a good program...

 PS. I used the approach suggested by Gunes Aybay (to use the CPAN
 Calendar:CSA package) to get SyncCM running on Solaris 2.5 (with
 erroneous libcsa versions) DS.
