Solaris 2.6, pilotmgr 1.100, and SyncCM

Follow-up to my previous email (was "alias archive?"):

I tried the suggested route of getting libcsa.so.1 from
http://www.perl.org/CPAN/authors/Kenneth_Albanowski/ with no success.
However, I was successful in using pilotmgr 1.100 w/ Solaris 2.6 and SyncCM
by updating my calendar file data format.

Use the command `/usr/dt/bin/sdtcm_convert -v4 username@machine`.
(make a backup copy of your callog.username file first, just for safety's sake!)

This worked like a charm, updated my calendar file format to the current CDE
standard, and I was able to sync my pilot and calendar mgr up.

FYI, my machine is at Solaris 2.6; the office server where my calendar file
resides is at Solaris 2.5.1. I didn't have to do anything on that office server
machine to get this to work. Also, I do not know that having my machine at
Solaris 2.6 had anything to do with making this work.

Good luck!
Joe
