Can't get calendar to sync

Help,
I've recently had my mail and calendar moved to mil03sbx1a and
can't get pilotmanager to sync my calenar. That's the primary
reason I bought the PalmPilot in the first place.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do. With this new pilotmgr,v1.100
it tried to do the auto setup and detected I didn't have "full permissions"
for my calendar. Anyone figure out what that means ?
