Ah yes.  But what version am I expecting?  The version that is required
is different for every implementation (Solaris, Linux, Irix, etc.)
so I chose to simply ask the user to check on their CDE libraries.

Yes, it would be nice if I could do the research on their system
and figure it all out.  But then again, it would also be nice if
2-3 engineers would come work on this project with me
full-time.  With a lot more assistance we could make this tool into
a totally user-friendly off-the-shelf product.  Without a lot more
assistance what you see is what you get...

P.S.    My new official policy is to only answer PilotManager
	bug reports that are sent using the feedback mechanism in the
	tool.  Unless I'm feeling especially nice that day.
