PilotManager status

Hi, guys --

	As you may know, I've been promising the new release of PilotManager
	sometime this week.  Alas, it's Friday and I'm out of town this
	weekend and it's not ready to my satisfaction yet.  
	
	The new version is significantly superior to the existing code,
	but it has a dependancy on the CDE libraries.  I'm working
	out ways to ensure that there are no compatibility issues,
	but there are still a few sticky issues.
	
	So, the word is: stay tuned.  I will alert the alias when
	I have a beta version that works to my satisfaction...
