I've examined this but haven't done much about it.  It would be
fairly easy to implement, but the main problem I see is that 
you'd need to coordinate with the BBDB system so that you don't
conflict with an existing instance of BBDB.

You could fairly easily write a conduit for PilotManager to do this...
