Folks --
	The "date range is too wide" error is due to an RPC timeout
	when trying to talk to the calendar manager RPC daemon.
	I believe this fluctuates depending on the load of your machine
	(or whatever machine is hosting your calendar, or both).
	I'm working on a new version that will cut up the date
	range into smaller chunks that will deal with the timeout
	problem.  Stay tuned...
