That was all I did. It was with pilotmgr,v1.004.

I think I may have gotten these warnings as well.

My reading of the SyncMemo instructions is that memos
are sync'd in one direction only - from workstation to
pilot, so I don't think you're supposed to get anything
in ~/.pilotmgr/SyncMemo. Try making a directory under
~/.pilotmgr/SyncMemo and putting a test file there to
see if it makes it to the pilot.
