nameslist translation tools

I just thought this tool might be a handy hack for someone to have around, 
especially if they are involved in writing the phonebook sync module.  I wrote 
it a while back to frob the nameslist and write a .bbdb format output file for 
my "information manager of choice" and just today added support for Yrolo in 
addition to BBDB.  I can also add any other formats people might like.

Granted, I wouldn't want to put the entire nameslist (around 21,000 records 
right now) into my pilot, but you can limit it to region with command line 
switches and whoever is writing the phonebook sync module might be able to 
either add in support for a generic format (to and from) or get with me and I 
can do it instead.

All in all, I've found it to be a handy tool regardless, and thought I'd share 
it.  Feedback is welcome.
