Problems with SyncPlan crashing and error messages

Hi

I have just installed PilotManager and upgraded plan to 1.6.1 so I can
use SyncPlan. On Alan Harder's advice, I also downloaded the latest
version of SyncPlan.pm from www.moshpit.org/pilotmgr/binaries/conduits.
Everything went according to the instructions in the "Setup Tips" for
SyncPlan and my plan calendar sync'd nicely, except I got LOTS of
error messages like:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ERROR ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

However, subsequent attempts to sync generated the same hoard of
errors, then wrote "Alarm" (as shown below). Then PilotManager
crashed, and the PalmPilot said the connection was lost and some data
was not backed up. (As far as I can tell, all the data was backed up,
but I can't be sure.) Any advice will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Cheers

Mark
