Re: PilotManager and e-mail tool

I do it by not using PilotManager, sorry about that. 8-)

I set up a PPP link between my PPPro and my SPARC. I installed a POP3
server in my workstation and create a seperate user account for POP
(e.g. pilotpop) but with same user id as mime. Whenever I want to
forward mail to my PPPro, I move the mail to the mbox of the POP account
(e.g. /var/mail/pilotpop). I then POP the mail to my PPPro by using Top
Gun Postman. The home directory for the POP account should be different
from your own home directory to avoid .forward confusion, maybe a
subdirectory in your home directory. Sending email is easy because
sendmail should already be running. Just CC a copy to yourself if you
want to keep a copy in your workstation. You can even redirect some of
your mails to the POP account by using some mail filtering agent like
procmail.

Brgs,
Andrew.
