CDE and 1.1b6

I've just got Pilot hooked up again (workstation was moved, cable was
lost...etc.).  I would like to try out b6, but it's complaining about
libs.

I *am* running CDE, but apparently not the correct version?  Currently
running: CDE 1.0.1, Rev 10.95.08.30

Do I need to update to 1.1?
