PilotManager idea

The SyncMemo module has the ability to run a script before the update
happens.  I was thinking that after the pilot->unix part of SyncMemo
is done it would also be nice to have the ability to run a script
after the update happens.

And then it occurred to me that I could make use of the ability to run
scripts both before and after the Backup module and potentially any new
modules.

Could this be incorporated into the PilotManger framework instead of
into each module?

Just an idea...
